CopyRender
by Koen Vissers

Set your render once.
Sync every file to it.
Copy a scene's full render setup — engine, resolution, output format, color management and Cycles or Eevee settings — to your clipboard and paste it into another scene or file. Or save it to a shared .json file and link it, so every .blend re-applies the same settings the moment it opens.
This addon is also available for free on kunemann.com. This listing exists purely as a way to support development — any purchase here is optional, and gratefully accepted.
Copy and paste
Copy a scene's full render settings to your clipboard and paste them into another scene or an entirely different .blend.
The whole setup
Engine, resolution, output format and color management all travel together — plus the Cycles and Eevee settings when they're present.
One shared file
Save your settings to a .json file and link it. Point several .blend files at the same file and they stay in step.
Apply on open
A linked .blend re-reads the file and re-applies the settings every time it opens — on by default, one toggle to turn it off.
Re-sync anytime
Edited the shared file? Hit Apply Now to pull the change into your scene without reopening the .blend.
Right-click access
Copy and paste render settings straight from the 3D Viewport or Outliner context menu — no need to open the Render tab.
